With our dictation server hosted with iDigital of TranscriptionGear.com, and secured with HyperSend delivery method, we fulfill privacy and security requirement of HIPAA compliancy for data transfer.

With over 25 nodes and more than 35 working personnel we are catering to the needs of many clients everyday. We have the capability to increase our capacity at a rate of 500 minutes per week. Thus enabling us, to take proper care and control of approximately 1000 minutes per day data within 15 days of notice period. Therefore after signing any contract of over 250 minutes a day we request a time period to increase our team to your need.

All the nodes are on Un-Interrupted Power Supply, which provides backup of 4 hours per node. Un-Interrupted Power Supply provides a surety that your data is delivered on-time.

Having a 128 KB ISDN line as our data transfer source, with a primary backup of dual multi-link 56K modem link and a secondary backup of 56KB cable connection leaves us with multiple choices of sending data to you in case of a link failure.
